Who would directly oversee the work of a data-entry operator and a systems programmer?





A) Chief information officer

D) Head technical librarian





(I think the answer is C but am not sure because because wouldn't a systems programmer be under a chief information officer?)





And last but not least and I have NO clue on this one....





Which program design tool represents the steps a program will follow as a series of geometrically shaped boxes connected by arrows?





A) The flowchart


B) Pseudocode


C) system design


D) preliminary investigation

I think the last one is A... i've heard of flowcharts before and they look exatly like the description in the question...
