Has anyone received suspicious offers from someone whose (partial) email is C...P.....222 at yahoo.com?

I suspect fraud and if anyone else has information it would be helpful. Person claims to be deaf and calls often via relay operator, claims to be from Illinois,claims to need an operation in England, does not appear to have command of the English language.

Has anyone received suspicious offers from someone whose (partial) email is C...P.....222 at yahoo.com?
This is the only question you have ever asked, and you ask it in Embassies and Consulates? That is equally suspicious.

To answer your question, no, I have not received any e-mails from anyone like that. If you do not know that person, simply ignore the calls and messages - you are probably just being targeted randomly, but if you respond, it will draw attention to you as possibly more susceptible to their schemes.
Reply:if you receive any mail that you do not know the provenance of ? or do not know the person ?

just disregard it and do not open ,

there are so many scams on the Internet ,that in you best interest is not to open or answer ;
